After using and abusing coffee I needed to clean up my act. I found this Health Nut coffee blend, and although containing coffee it had a very different effect! My eyes relaxed, my mind was stimulated and my body enjoyed a sustained energy that nourished me for a few hours. It is great energy medicine with the ginseng, kola and others.
