We are confident in our product and offer a 30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee.

Our refund policy does not extend beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

We encourage you to post back any as new unopened product (where applicable) for a full refund including the original postage.

Please Do Not Send Back any opened sampled product!

We would suggest and prefer you pass on any opened sampled product to family or friends to try whom you feel may enjoy and benefit from it with our blessings.

On these opened non-returnable items we will refund the cost of the item minus $10 towards built-in postage and handling costs.

In Summary

To be eligible for a refund on your Health Nut Coffee Company purchase you must have tried it within a month of receiving it and if, for whatever reason, it is not pleasing and satisfying to you please send us an email to support@healthnutcoffeeco.com

  • Your name
  • Contact phone number
  • The name your order was purchased under if different from yours.
  • The sales date and order number if possible

Please include a clear idea of the nature of your dissatisfaction with the product.

To complete your return we request you only post back any as new unopened product for a full refund.

Once your email is received and any unopened products returned we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email and returned product.

We will notify you of the approval of your refund request and returned unopened goods arrival (if applicable).

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days of receiving your request.

Late or missing refunds

Feel free to contact us any time by email to check on the status of any return request.

If we have done our bit as described above contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense.
