Oh my, what a delight!

After using and abusing coffee I needed to clean up my act. I found this Health Nut coffee blend, and although containing coffee it had a very different effect! My eyes relaxed, my mind was stimulated and my body enjoyed a sustained energy that nourished me for a few hours. It is great energy medicine with the ginseng, kola and others. I’ve found it to be without negative side effects for me!

I feel focused and energised

I’m not somebody who regularly drinks coffee as I find it quite stimulating on my nervous system, however after drinking a cup of the Health Nut Coffee Company I feel quite focused and energised without having the ‘anxiety’ that regular coffee brings.

I also feel quite full and don’t feel the need to eat straight away, I think becuase of the Macadamia Nut Meal adding natural healthy fats to it and giving the coffee a more fuller and rounder flavour.

I am taking the time to enjoy each cup and have felt the more medicinal benefits that coffee was traditionally used for…focus, clarity, energy, digestion… instead of the way its been modernised and used today to ‘just get through the day’.

As an avid coffee drinker, I would often want for another hit when I’ve already enjoyed an espresso and tea didn’t quite deliver.
